Soothing Choice After Hospital Stay.

I made it. I wonder sometimes if everyone that has to go to the hospital feel the same way I do. Each time I find out that I have to go to the hospital I get really nervous. I try not to show it but I do feel a nervousness take over my body. Then I have to get to my calm place. This is where I find the courage to do what I have to do.

I close my eyes and concentrate on just me. I only think of me. I think of me floating high in the sky. Looking down I see how beautiful everything is. I float there until all I see and feel and think about is peaceful and calm and soothing. I stay in this state of mind as long as possible. Although it feels like hours it usually last about 20 minutes.

After that is done I feel ready to do what I have to do. Here why. I do the same thing at the hospital. Going to my calm place is practice for when I really need to calm. Since I practice this as often as I can, maybe two times a week, I can achieve this state pretty easy when I really need it.

Soothing Choice After Leaving The Hospital

April 7, 2006 was a strange day for me. I had some hospital procedure done and I got good news. The test took about 30 minutes but I was in the hospital for about 4 1/2 hrs.

Then guess what happen?

I had to go home and relax.

This was the first time in a long time that I had a chance to just do nothing for an intire day.

As soon as I get my facts together I will tell you how it went.

I can say this " I made some Soothing Choices."
