I wonder sometimes if everyone that has to go to the hospital feel the same way I do. Each time I find out that I have to go to the hospital I get really nervous. I try not to show it but I do feel a nervousness take over my body. Then I have to get to my calm place. This is where I find the courage to do what I have to do.

I close my eyes and concentrate on just me. I only think of me. I think of me floating high in the sky. Looking down I see how beautiful everything is. I float there until all I see and feel and think about is peaceful and calm and soothing. I stay in this state of mind as long as possible. Although it feels like hours it usually last about 20 minutes.

After that is done I feel ready to do what I have to do. Here why. I do the same thing at the hospital. Going to my calm place is practice for when I really need to calm. Since I practice this as often as I can, maybe two times a week, I can achieve this state pretty easy when I really need it.

Well Until Next
Find Some Soothing Choices and you can make it through anything.

Musings of a Philosopher: Relaxation Therapy.

Musings of a Philosopher: Relaxation Therapy.

Soothing Choice After Leaving The Hospital

April 7, 2006 was a strange day for me. Specific exercises are taught like breathing to relax and stretching to relax to help make other therapy treatment more affective. Soothing Choices is all about relaxation. One method of relaxation that as been around since they wrote the bible is Aromatherapy.

First let me say that Aromatherapy can give you a fantastic feeling of relaxation all by itself. But being relaxed before you start this type of therapy can only mean that one are about to feel better than you have in many days. Your daily bath becomes your unique relaxation spot, when you combine it with aromas so intoxicating that you drift of to a place in your mind where only you play and have fun.

There are a few ways to reach a relaxed state when using Aromatherapy. The first way is by Aromatherapy Message. Now when using this method make sure you have somebody how knows what they are doing. Experiencing an aromatherapy massage has been described as heavenly bliss. An Aromatherapy Massage that a qualified practitioner administers will have you experiencing the true benefits, and deliver soothing effects on your mind and body.

The second way is by diffusing the Essential Oils. While having an Aromatherapy Message is a great way to get experience the essential oils, diffusing them is a method that will calm you as you go about your day to day activity. There are as many types of diffusers. Some types use candles, electricity, clay, glass, bamboo, and many others. They work by putting a putting an aroma in the air. This method will relax you in know time.

The one that best for you is the one you like the most. You will know when its time for a message. When its time to relax and read the paper, or while working at your desk, or when your driving home from a hard day, or when you listen to some good music use the diffuser.

Learning to relax is so vital to good health. If you don't use any of these methods of relaxation, you should start right now. What ever it takes for you to get started with some type of relaxation therapy it will be well worth. You will feel much better.

Finding Just What You Need To Help You Relax

You know that it's a fact that stress is the number one cause of most deaths and sickness in the new techno-world.
